Teenager Charged With Killing Mom In El Dorado Hills To Be Tried As Adult

An El Dorado County judge ruled Tuesday that Tylar Marie Witt must stand trial as an adult in her mother's killing, decrying the teen's alleged participation "in the death of the very person who gave you life." Superior Court Judge James Wagoner also ordered Witt, who was 14 when her mother was stabbed to death in their El Dorado Hills home, held without bail.
Witt and her boyfriend, Steven Paul Colver, 19, are charged with murdering Joanne M. Witt, 47, in June after the mother filed a statutory rape report against Colver. She also gave sheriff's deputies what she said was her daughter's diary, which detailed the couple's sexual encounters.
Colver has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Killed her Mom when she was 14 with her boyfriend because Mom objected to the relationship!
And an orphan. Let the crying begin. That being said, I am all for showing her compassion. The same amont that she showed her mother as they were killing her.
Upon reading the related stories at the link, I retract my previous post. It sounds to me more like she’s just an evil little b*tch.
1. I agree completely regarding a 14 y/o girl and a 19 y/o pervert/loser. That's statutory rape.
2. I don't quite agree on sharing the girl's diary with police. That sort of issue can be resolved calmly between the pervert, the father, and a fundamental debating tool:

She and boyfriend planned it and she watched him stab her mom 20 times and slash her throat. She did the crime, she should do the time.

Maybe you’re right. We could have her write “I will not kill my mother 1000 times and suspend her from class for a couple of weeks. Is there a rehab for murderous children? I am crying immense crocodile tears. Guess her plan not working so good now. Compassion is one thing but letting someone off the hook for murder is quite another.
