GOV. of INDIANA is only the most recent court decision that calls absurd the birther claim of Natural Born Citizen as requiring two U.S. citizen parents, --an ad hoc definition created by birthers to be a standard of eligibility that Obama could not possibly meet and one that is found nowhere in the Constitution or any established law.
