Seems like schools have become pervert magnets....
and sanctuaries.....
And vocational schools. Much like prisons are for criminals.
Well, they asked one of the guys who ran with Dillinger why he robbed banks, and he said, "That's where the money is."
These days, public schools are where the kids are...and the place where the adults in charge are likely to be the least vigilant. Try pulling this crap at a private school or in a scout troop and you're proabably headed to jail.
