Aren’t these Libtards 100% funded by the government, therefore by us???

Then why isn’t everything discoverable under FOIA ???

And didn’t they “accidentally” delete it all last time someone asked?

No HD data Backup????????

They’ll just get another government grant and keep on writing fiction.

Wonder if there is a citizens group that could sue for return of government funds. I seriously doubt our government will do anything. The funds they received were fraudulently obtained. If you get a government loan or loan from a bank, you can be in serious trouble if you lie on the ap. Shouldn’t these yahoos be held to the same standard? I think a few years, oh lets say 20 or so in jail, and the lose of everything they own sounds about like the right punishment. And lets not forget the trickle down effect, where does this leave Al Gore and his ilk? You think he was so stupid that he was duped into believing all of this?

No HD data Backup

Of course there is. If the main email server system uses Exchange (And even if it doesn't) all messages are backed up several times every hour using rolling snapshot technology. Point in time backups are then replicated to remote storage arrays for data protection and disaster recovery purposes. Of course there are copies.

The University of East Anglia is British, and not subject to US laws, including FOIA. If the e-mails include US addressees, and if the US government chose to prosecute under RICO (fat chance), then US e-mail records of those funded by US taxes could be subject to FOIA.

I believe I read one article that referred to the greens exchanging emails discussing destroying information that would have exposed them that had been requested under FOIA...so yes, but they're criminally fraudulent, so don't expect to see much revealed.
