What we need to see now are some subpoenas and indictments. Given the astounding level of significance of this subject in terms of economic policies on a global scale (and the real impact on human lives thus affected), I would even go so far as to suggest a ‘Nuremberg Trials’ type of international operation to deal with this fraud. A message needs to be clearly sent, that deceit on such subjects of international import will not be tolerated.
I mean, if a University is receiving State taxpayer funding -— can another student at that school, or can a taxpayer, file a civil lawsuit?
Can State fraud charges be made, in criminal court?
If we were living in the country in which we were born in, maybe. But this country which still goes by the name United States of America hardly resembles that at all.
