It is CERTAINLY unflattering. But it is not NECESSARILLY racist. To infer that, one must know INTENT.
Maybe, to infer that one they themselves are deep seeded racists (most Liberals), or someone full of self-doubt and self-hatred, and maybe a racist against themselves.
