Navy SEALs have secretly captured one of the most wanted terrorists in Iraq the alleged mastermind of the murder and mutilation of four Blackwater USA security guards in Fallujah in 2004. And three of the SEALs who captured him are now facing criminal charges, sources told FoxNews.com.

Remember Border Patrol agents Ramos and Compean?
Good Lord! Somebody should have told this piece of garbage he's lucky they didn't kill him.
Our military is being overrun by lawyers in the field. The troops are starting to loose morale with all the legalistic limits as well as rules of engagement.
They no longer feel that their leaders are on their side in these wars.
If there is any unit that you don’t want to jeopardize it is the Seals and Delta Force, because they are the ones that may need to pull an administration out of a tight spot..like the Maersk Alabama. Zero lost a lot of face with them in that operation..and it just might not come off the same way next time.
Patton was reprimanded and lost his command. He was not court-martialed.
What’s even more ironic is that even though these SEALs will have to go through a military court-martial, the terrorist they caught will get to have a full civil jury trial on American soil.
When Fallujah-1 was going on in April '04, my kid said when he was lobbing motars across the river, AT THAT VERY BRIDGE, he would say "this is for the Blackwater guys" with every shell he dropped into the tube!
So is he gonna be charged for that too?
I'm so pissed!
But there can be no doubt that we would not be prosecuting was heroes under his watch.
I was directing my sarcasm at the above-it-all crowd that shows up to tut-tut criticism of The One.

WTF??? I pray our nation survives this retard commie!
Taking prisoners is no longer an option!
Ike had the power to send generals home to the states where they reverted to their pre-war ranks. Lloyd Fredendahl, the man that Patton replaced in command of II Corps during the North African Campaign, got sent home rather abruptly, as did Terry Allen, the commander of 1st Infantry Division. Patton was already a general officer by 1940, so he probably would have retained his 2-stars.
Please, no. This is too stupid to comprehend.
Are you a “Scanner”? :-)
Given the time and place, I don't think there would have been much of an outcry if he'd slapped a German soldier.
"Objective Amber" did not even meet the basic (Geneva) requirements of a soldier.
Oh!
Wait: Neither do any of the detainees in Gitmo, or soon to be in New York.
Things like this certainly happened under Bush, also...but it would be difficult seeing Palin treating our troops this way.
I realize our system of justice is one of the things that makes America better, but living up to a higher standard can go too far, and this is one of those cases. The satanic little killer got a fat lip. Waaaaaaaah. He's lucky he's even alive. I can't take much more of this national suicide called political correctness.
This BS started under Bush, and Obama's boys are continuing where Bush left off. It's sickening.
Tremendous!
They must have been following orders, or he wouldn't be around to complain.
Remarkable self-restraint should be awarded a medal, not a boatlaod of merde. (pardon my French...)
