You are probably correct, my experiences goes back 40 years or so. My old man always said fight back, what happened to his two friends? Why didn't they get involved?

Unfortunately, I imagine his friends may be asking themselves the same question.

I assumed a bit on the part of the perps and what they did, but I guess that I will give the victims a bit of room.

I don’t know their circumstance.

While people brawled and fought 40 years ago, and I’m sure some of it was very nasty, my guess is that there was probably not this kind of willful intent to maim or kill someone that you might have an altercation with.
