Not so this time. Many African Americans ae unemployed, but worse many small businesses owned and operated by African American business folks have closed their doors. African Americans are worse off under Obama policies as they remain chained to the bottom of the economic totem pole. And....as POTUS Obama tanks further (he will) they will begin to realize he is not the man and, never will be. Now having said that, if Mr. Obama ever reaches an 75-80% approval level amongst African Americans, his political career will be over. The fact is, in the eyes of the majority rest of the country Mr. Obama is living in a failed Presidency!!!
