Take a lb of ground beef and brown it.
Take a packet of taco seasoning and season the beef according to the directions. Add salsa and chopped tomatoes (fresh are best but canned will do)

Boil enough macaroni for the family. Top with the meat mixture and cheese.

Quick, easy and cheap!

My version is Rice A Roni (actually store brand) Spanish rice mix made with canned diced tomatos with green chilis, and burger or ground turkey.

But I like my rice and I’ll put just about anything on it. So I guess you’d call it alternate forms of jambalaya or dirty rice rather than goulash. I made classic dirty rice last night and if my wife wouldn’t complain I’d have it again.
