The state Air Resources Board today plans to unveil a preliminary draft of the nation's first "cap and trade" program for cutting emissions of greenhouse gases.

The release will lay out a framework for the plan, but will leave many key details to be decided over the coming year, an agency spokesman said. The system is scheduled to take effect in 2012.

Thank God for the CRU scandel going full throttle. Maybe we can slow these Nitwits down. CARB has an agenda and will roll over anyone who tries to stop them. This should get interesting

In 2012, we’ll still be laughing about how anybody took AGW seriously.

Air Resources Board......

Fiddling while Rome burns
Just another reason California should be left to go bankrupt so they are forced to massively prune away such dead wood. California’s greenie eco-model is UNSUSTAINABLE! So is its business model

I've been telling a liberal friend that one year from now he'll know how fake the AGW theories are and what frauds its scientists are. He still can't envision that government supported scientists are lying. He thinks Federal workers are neutral. Yeah I know they actually get Federal grants for their global warming research and are clamped onto the gov't teat that way. The ones at NASA like James Hansen get paid direct from the Feds

They aren’t going to slow it down, they are going to speed it up so they can Rahm it through.

They know if they can, it can’t be undone.

It is a fraud and they aren’t interested with stopping this, they are devoted to the cause just like these scientists were, damn everything else.

I hope someone is ready to make a splash with all this going on. Otherwise it will be too late.

no question they will force yet more businesses to leave the state if they can afford to. Others will close their doors. This is the definition of insanity. Do the same thing over and over and expect a different outcome.

With the coming economic collapse of California, I believe the Green/Socialist
agenda will receive a major smack down, A lot more people are waking up
and paying attention to what’s go’ in on.

At least that’s my prayer.

A coalition of environmental justice groups sued the state in June, arguing that a cap and trade system would tend to concentrate air pollutants in low-income communities – and would be ineffective and unenforceable.

***src on***I did not know CO2 was a pollutant.***src off*** Setting the whole global warming issue, why does it matter where CO2 is emitted?
