A term I haven't seen used here in awhile is "broken glass Republicans" - how far one would crawl over broken glass to vote for a certain candidate. I'll never, ever vote for a Romney or a Huckabee no matter who is the running mate. I'll cast my usual protest vote instead. Governor Palin, however, is different. I would crawl through broken glass to cast my vote for her.
