You can’t help but notice how those 40 mm grenades are strapped to that other guy’s chest. Talk about a bad day if he got shot in the chest.

I recently saw a documentary on the Military Channel called "No Dog Left Behind". It was about how stray dogs in the war zone are adopted by the troops. As one Marine said, they are their link to humanity in a non-human climate.

The SPCA has a wonderful program of getting these dogs home (as the military does not condone pets) so they are waiting for their human buddy. It was very touching.
