Well, it appears the governor also needs a reminder about the state's traffic laws.
The celebrity gossip hounds over at TMZ have posted several pics of the governor hopping in a Porsche he had left parked in a red zone.

Nice car. However, where is the front license plate ? If I remember right, California requires two plates - one in back and one on the front. Or is it that front tags are only for us little people ?
