My son has been in special ed for years and I can not begin to tell you the times I have disagreed with “educators” because I wanted things for my son that they did not agree with.... and it turned out I was right because I knew him as he is not as a child on paper. I trusted my “gut” when it came to my children.

When my six year old couldn’t pay attention in class (the loudest class I had ever encountered) they told me she had ADD. I didn’t want her labeled. Thus started our homeschooling adventure.
She is now working on 9th grade. She just turned twelve in October. She was too important for me to listen to the “experts”.
