She belongs in an asylum. Supposedly she deserted the Army because she's an oppressed lesbian. Later in the article she supposedly deserted because she's a conscientious objector and was being deployed to Afghanistan. Maybe Canadians don't realize we have an all volunteer Army. Sheesh!

Force her to serve for the Canadian Military and send her to Afghanistan. Canada allows open homosexual soldiers to serve. I think this would be the best solution. I think she was using her lesbian status as an excuse to ditch her commitment.

I and my wife were in the service 20 plus years ago and we both knew of lesbians, some of who did not hide it, and I don't recall anyone harassing them. Now gay guys would get harassed, but not very bad though.
