And taking over the major denominations & their seminaries. That was actually one of the first things they did, which caused the mainline denominations to become totally corrupt & filled with humanism. Through that they influenced the pastors which enabled them to perpetuate all the lies throughout society and allowed them to infiltrate all the other pillars of society you mentioned.

“...the education system. According to Whittaker Chambers, the Commie Manifesto included taking over the universities, the media, infiltrating the State Department and BOTH parties.”

We’ve been watching the video teaching series of The 5000 Year Leap at home. My kids groan a little and joke about “Earl” (Earl Taylor, the high school teacher on the series). He is not the most exciting teacher, but you know what, my kids are learning so much (and so am I), and have all expressed their gratitude for me making them watch it, even thought they moan and groan when we make them! My daughter made a connection between something our pastor was warning about in the sermon today church (peer pressure - “do not be conformed to this world”) with how so many voted for Obama because he was “cool”, when I commended her on understanding that connection, she said, “it’s because of watching Earl”.

My question is, how do you motivate people to give up their time and bring their children to a class like this?

Well, first we educate our own kids. Just like you are doing right now. I’ve read the 5000 Year Leap (5YL) and am now involved in several email and offline book review conversations.

These are adults and even some of them are learning to their amazement or in some cases reminding us this is how it used to be.

I am hoping we will have a few folks willing to take this to the next level and work with the local libraries to offer Freedom sessions for 4 weeks starting in March. I say working through the libraries to initially generate interest is one way to go. The library will do all the advertising for us, both in the library and online. I recently had a program (not political/historical) at the library with room for 35 people and was able to fill it with only the library as advertisement.

We have to do these things while we still can, while we still have the freedom of speech to do them. We must get out there use that Right or we are going to lose it and generations to come.

You won’t be perfect in the delivery and even with programs I’ve done for years now...there is always something that happens. From a forgotten piece of the program to the wild and crazy question you really can’t answer it all happens. What that experience has taught me is ya’ know what...it’s OK.

I can see the program marketed as:

Rediscovering America
A Trip Through Our Forgotten History

Come rediscover the unique forces and ideas whose power had the ability to create one of the world’s greatest country in less than 200 years.

Ponygirl, the young man didn’t ask a question. The response didn’t put him off either, but instead peaked his interest to do what young people rarely do with older people, listen.

I agree though it can be very hard to lose our patience with the young. But, we must remember, nay realize the lack of education that fills their brains.

That is awesome. Our local town’s tea party group has an education committee which I am on (I’ve just been to one meeting so far) but I’m going to bring this up. Will you keep me on your ping list or private email as you come up with a particular curriculum. I’m a part time homeschool mom so don’t have a lot of time to organize a series of talks myself, but would definitely work along with some others in our group to put on something like this, help organize and maybe even do some of the teaching, or better yet get my husband to, he’s a good teacher and not afraid of being up in front of people.

I love Glenn; but his throwing both parties out is a huge mistake. This idea has been embedded in much of what he has been saying, of course, all along; and as a Libertarian; this is a natural conclusion. As a 'reclaimed' man; perhaps this fits his emotional/spiritual MO.

In truth one Party must to be disempowered - it's metamorphosis already a 'worm's' turn.

As for Republicans; IMHO; we need only reclaim what is ours; and unload what is not. Introducing a 'third' Party; be it Libertarian or some other name - 'self-arising' - is 'wrong headed' albeit invited, encouraged and proselytized by someone who is otherwise, 'Right On'.

Go Glenn; just no 'new Party'.
