Lieberman has stated he will filibuster the bill if the public option is still included in the bill.Ahhh but that is when they go nuclear. The Dems will use a loophole and say they only need 51 votes the next time around.They know they can not get the votes with the abortion and public option in the bill.

they can not use the nuclear option now . the deadline to ram that thru was Oct 15 . this bill would be ripped to shreds by the GOP using procedural moves linked to the tax aspects of the bill.
