Gee, I wonder what party DePaulo voted for in the last election? Probably voted for a documented liar.

DePaulo - the modern day version of SNL’s Theodoric of York.

Well, I read her source column, and she fails to specifically document any lie whatsoever.
Being an ugly lesbo must be painful.

I wonder if she could offer some examples of the lies. She didn’t in the article. They must be going for another version of “Bush lied.”

Sarah doesn’t need to lie; De Paulo does.

THIS from her Web site.
She is in Santa Barbara visiting Prof.

Welcome

I’m Bella DePaulo, a social scientist (PhD, Harvard) and the author of SINGLED OUT: How Singles Are Stereotyped, Stigmatized, and Ignored, and Still Live Happily Ever After. Singled Out is a myth-busting, consciousness-raising, totally unapologetic take on singles and their place in contemporary American society.

Do you, or anyone you know, believe that single people are miserable and lonely, and that getting married makes people happier and healthier and even means that they will live longer? Do you think that the children of single parents are doomed? Do you, or anyone you know, think that singlism (the stereotyping and stigmatizing of people who are single) does not really exist? Then Singled Out is for you and those enlightenment-challenged people in your life.

In the book, I draw from decades of scientific research to smash the myths about marriage and singlehood. I include examples from popular culture as well as the touching, aggravating, and hilarious personal experiences shared by so many of the single people I’ve gotten to know along the way.

In addition:

•I write the Living Single blog for Psychology Today.
•I contribute to the Huffington Post.
•I have appeared on the Today show and on morning shows on ABC, CBS, and CNN.

This is from the same people who, with the stroke of a pen, declared that homosexual attraction is not a mental disorder, and who are actively attempting to do the same thing with pedophilia (redefining it as "intergenerational sex").

I would put as much worth on anything they say as I would to the brown, steaming, stinking masses my neighbor's dog leaves in my lawn.

Neither this post nor the NB article are going to have much of an impact, if one’s goal is to get the fact that DePaulo isn’t credible into search engines. In fact, NB actually hurts their supposed cause by linking to the PT article using Palin’s name in the link text, increasing the chances that PT’s article will appear in searches for Palin’s name.
