DePaulo, who has a Harvard Ph.D. in psychology and experience in analyzing lying, claims Palin excels at it. "From my post as an outside observer, it seems to me that Sarah Palin doesn't care much about the truth.I might keep an open mind about this person's competency if he were to also provide an analysis of Reid, Pelosi and Obama; just for starters.

You miss the point. Bella DePaulo has violated the Goldwater rule. As a PhD clinical psychologist she should know that it is a violation of ethics to provide a clinical evaluation of a person you have not personally evaluated. Hence, her license to practice clinical psychology is in jeopardy.
