I've been wondering if this nightmare passes and the Dems lose big time in the next election, could a new Congress overturn it? Does anyone know?

I have no idea about over turning any of this.

I do beleive that Obama doesn’t care about a second term. He is going to do as much damage as fast as he can in his first term.
