The only reason I say that is because crackers and hackers almost always include an .nfo file in their final releases, giving a shout out to themselves.
Of course, the lack of an .nfo could mean anything: the hacker might be very serious, or scared, or just not in the habit of including an .nfo in their work...but still, you see that credit-taking around 90% of the time.
