Two points.

1: God is outside of time and is not subject to its constraints. (days and years are human terms)

2: God, with his own finger wrote, six days and Moses understood those to be regular days. (if Moses had misunderstood and God [being all knowing/omnipotent] had not corrected that misunderstanding, He would have intentionally deceived Moses which would have been no different than lying)
