So is this you weighing in on the ‘all Catholics go to Hell’ side? It is your studied opinion that all past Popes are burning in Hell, and the current one is destined for there because of his theology?

Can evos not respond to something without misrepresenting the person they're responding to and turning it from a embarrassing topic to a personal attack to deflect attention away from the real issue?

No.

I don't know anything about this Pope's theology or any other Pope's theology.

All I know is that people without Christ go to hell, regardless of their religious affiliation or practices, because religious affiliation and practices aren't what saves the person.

It's only by throwing yourself on the mercy of the court, so to speak. One cannot ever be good enough or do enough works to earn forgiveness. It's a free gift, for the asking.

That’s right. I’m not a Calvinist but I don’t believe we’re even good enough to see our plight and it’s only by free grace through the Spirit’s leading we have the wits to through ourselves at the mercy of the court. That’s one thing the scoffers don’t realize. I don’t have any right, ability, wisdom, or standing to tell people to live by my theology. It was sending me to Hell and would send them to Hell. I received a gift I didn’t deserve, now that I know that, I want them to know.

Their push back can be vicious sometimes and is always worse in anonymity of the internet. Most of the time when I knock on people’s doors, they politely nod and use body language to tell me to get lost, sometimes they just say, “not interested.” When those people get on the internet they can let me have it. It’s hard to come to the realization of what we are and the doctrine of evolution shields them for it. That’s why I believe people who hold that doctrine do so in order to never repent.

Mutually exclusive doctrines.

Can you ever NOT avoid a question metmom?

You stated that Catholics teach that there are OTHER ways to the Father than through Jesus the Christ.

You posted this in support of the argument that all Popes are going to hell for their theology.

I did not misrepresent what you said, I asked follow up questions that you have FAILED to answer. When I state something with a question mark at the end it couldn't possibly be a misrepresentation of your position, it is a request of additional information ABOUT your position.

So IS this you weighing in on the “all Catholics go the Hell’ side?

One could certainly presume that was your position as you stated, without support I might add, that Catholic theology rejected one of the primary tenants of Christianity; that Jesus the Christ died for our sins and that only by asking for forgiveness in his name will one attain grace.

So are you going to answer the question or support your assertion, or play the poor put upon victim YET AGAIN?
