So let me get this straight ?
They capture a enemy combatant who is not a US citizen, and while in US custody, and say that they have " jurisdiction " to bring him to New York city and try him in a US civil court, but, deny those who are ( US Citizens ) trying to bring a lawsuit against Obama to see whether he is Constitutionally eligible to be President of the USA, and tell them they have no " Standing " ....
Yes , we live in a upside down world.
