you have your book? dang, I ordered it from Amazon at $9...with shipping it was almost $15. it is $16 at Sam’s Club and I could be reading mine now. instead I get to check the mail daily looking for it.
LOL, I pre-ordered mine from WalMart - $9 and .81 for shipping...a grand total of $9.81 - AND I got it in the mail yesterday...already reading it....
