I think we’re missing the point here. The democrats have abandoned the war on terror. There was no Jihad, no terror attacks. They will no longer even speak of it. If there is no war on terror, there is no enemy and no need for interrogations. Osama is merely a criminal, 9-11 was just a crime. No one else was involved. Simple really.

So the 0bama Administration’s justice department would have no interest in who Osama bin Lauden (assuming he is still alive) was working with? Who was hiding him for the last 8 years? What plans he has developed in that time? What movements he has sponsored?

“we have enough on him” is fine, if all we wanted was to imprison Bin Lauden, but we want to PROTECT AMERICA and roll up his organization like a carpet.
