Attorney General Eric Holder faced tough questions during a Senate hearing yesterday, but the toughest of all came after the lawmakers filed out of the room.
Alice Hoagland, whose son, Mark Bingham, was killed in the 9/11 hijacking of Flight 93, politely laid out her own concerns with the plan to put accused terrorists on trial in Manhattan.
"I can't help thinking that it does make New York City a more dangerous place and a target and it will give these ugly people . . . every elegant access to all of the media sources in the United States. We are heartsick and weary of the delays and mechanizations of the courts, and the theatrics that are going to take over," Hoagland said.

These poor people have no closure. I feel very bad for them. This show trial will last for years, and when it’s finally over the terrorists will sit on death row for another 20 years. They probably will die of natural causes long before their execution. These poor families will never see justice done. Thanks you Obama, for nothing.

Obama wants another bombing. He needs to justify his installation of a “Citizen Security Force” of thugs.
The whole thing is orchestrated by this administration to get to where they want us.

Based on what I've heard the demonrats say over the years, I tend to agree with that idea. I remember how the dems were sad that 9-11 didn't happen on Clinton's watch and how this bunch enjoys taking advantage of any crisis to do things Americans wouldn't tolerate otherwise.
But even more, I am very alarmed by obama's lack of real outrage over Ft. Hood. Now we have this: their desire to sacrifice the safety of the city and the country for a show trial to attack and prosecute the Bush administration and our foot soldiers in the war on terror.
This trial will not be about justice. It is a gift to our enemies. It will undermine the trust of our allies, how we fight on the battlefield and deal with captured enemy combatants and further lower the moral, motivation and recruiting of those we depend upon to keep us safe from the islamowhackjobs.
Whose side are obama, Holder and the demonrats on?
This administration is stupid. Trying these terrorists in US civilian criminal court in New York won’t work.
If I were a lawyer appointed to represent them, the first thing I would do is ask for a change of venue, I doubt that an impartial jury can be found in New York. I doubt that an impartial jury can be found any where in the US.
Not only will this make a mockery out of the US judicial system, it will give the terrorists and global leftists further cause to attack the US. The type of show trials the administration is talking about should be left in the past of the former communist countries that used to perform them, not in the US.
I don’ want to seem to be advocating for the terrorists, but a military trial will be the fairest trial the terrorists would ever get.
The dirty little secret is that the delay in trying these animals was the result of Holder’s law firm bringing their cases all the way to the USSupreme Court to stop the military trials.
Holder is one of the BIGGEST liars in this administration.
His lies may cost Americans their lives.
The union heads of the FD and PD are supporting these show trials. They’re demonrats first and foremost.

This and the fact that Obama put all tribunals on hold, even though KSM had indicated he wanted to plead guilty and be executed, has to be widely disseminated. These people are up to something and it is not good.
The private law firms will make a ton of money more with the NY City trial and the taxpayers pay for their defense there.
