You are an enemy combatant. You have the right to die. If you give up the right to die, anything you say will result in a firing squad.

Nowhere did I hear Sen. Gramnesty credit Mark Levin for his talking points.

I guarantee either the senator or one of his staffers was taking notes yesterday.

Holder's answer gives you a good indication of why people say these people have no clue what their doing. A US ATTORNEY GENERAL before the world tries to pass off a direct question with a “we'll deal with it” attitude....in other words...LAW, CONSTITUTION, is casually pushed aside as if it only is important to some people........
Military tribunals are the only way to deal with COMBATANTS....not criminals....COMBATANTS

Please watch this one and pass it to your email lists. Senator Graham chastises Att. Gen. Eric Holder for bringing KSM to civilian court.

http://hotairpundit.blogspot.com/2009/11/lindsey-graham-destroys-attorney.html

Graham brings up the question: Where would Osama Bin Laden be tried if we captured him tomorrow? Attorney General gets stumped continually...

Graham: “Under domestic criminal law, the moment the person is in the hands of the United States government they’re entitled to be told they have a right to a lawyer and can remain silent, and if we go down that road, we are gonna make this country less safe”

Here’s a little reminder of Eric Holder who was Deputy Attorney General under Janet Reno in 1999 answering questions about the clemency of the 16 FALN terrorists before the Senate Judiciary Committee, this is not the first time this guy has done stuff that’s questionable...

He should have let go of Holder’s neck to give credit to Mark Levin? Graham, a military judge, could not have possibly thought of these glaring law questions on his own?

The fact that some even ask such a question is insane!!

How can you even think of fighting a war (and win) with idiots that think like this in charge.

Graham - no.

He doesn’t seem to grasp immigration law. Why would this aspect of the law be any different?

Besides, Gramnesty knows not to go too far or be too aggressive. It might hurt him when he finally decides to announce his switch to the Democrat party.

Oh damn, I say just take no prisoners. Kill em all on the battle field and thus no miranda rights needed.

If you fight against the United States we will give you, a lifetime pension, free health care, a college education an the school of your choice, a 100 acre farm plus a tractor to work the land, and loans sufficient to set you up in business. The trick is not to get killed while fighting against us and to be captured by a uniformed member of the armed forces./s

I realize that the United States did not provide the terrorists with a wife for their use after capture but the Government is working on that and hopes to have a solution soon.

Wow. 28% are so deranged that they actually said “yes” to this poll. America is in big trouble.

The only Miranda rights that our enemies should be given are the Carmen Miranda rights - a banana up the a*s and a banana-clip to the head.

For those of you youngsters, look her up on the internet.

Hint: Her tropical fruit hat would go over well in San Francisco.
