Is there a co-author listed? If not, then SHE wrote the book. Why don’t people concede that she wrote the book?

Well, no ghost is listed, but I have read she had help. Takes a LOT of time to write a 400 page book in six months , and different people do it differently. Maybe she dictated, maybe she wrote it out and then had someone edit it for the usual stuff. Whatever, it has a consistent voice.
