If I read correctly the book has no published index or footnotes. But don't think for a moment that information doesn't exist. This may as well be called the “take no prisoners tour” for bats like Wallace. It is going to get interesting.

Just got my copy today. A good read. Whoever set ink to paper, this is her voice. I especially liked what she says on pp 291-2. That’s her in a nutshell. She should pay a trip to see that gal at Hood. They seem to be cut from the same cloth.
