This is an extremely important point that, amazingly, has been totally overlooked by the MSM and even most Freepers. If the COLB proves citizenship then the Obama lawyers would be using it. Apparently they are not. So all of the FactCheckingLibSites of the world have proven exactly nothing.
Keep pounding on this. The BC issue and Sarah Palin and the Rasmussen data has the Obama team running scared.
I’ve thought that too. One reason they would not have introduced the questionable COLB in court is because they have never gotten to that stage. I doubt that his lawyers would enter any evidence before the motions to dismiss are answered.
That being said, I doubt they would ever produce that COLB in a court of law.
1) The State of Hawaii would be called to tell us exactly what that COLB is or is not.
2) If it is fake. His lawyers know it and wouldn’t submit it to the court unless they want to see jail time.
3) If it is unconfirmed application information of some kind it destroys their claim that they have already provided proof.
Right now they have this piece of crap (COLB) they can point to that has no legal meaning. It’s a digital image which means nothing.
Technically, Obama has said nothing about the COLB. If it is fake or incomplete he’ll just say some over zealous campaign worker posted it online.
Regardless, Obama is a usurper if Barack Sr. is his dad but we can’t say for sure that Barack Sr. is even is father. It’s possible that an American citizen is his real father. Who knows? Natural born citizenship might not be his problem. The fact remains. He has a problem of some sort.
