So funny how the staffers cowardly leaked like crazy when they lost...trashing, raping, and punching SP into a bloody mess...left her lying naked in the town square for everyone to blame.

Now when SP gets up and names them....they go squealing to MSNBC and the Huff Post to save them.

Palin described thinking the Couric interview would be lighthearted and fun. "It was supposed to be ... a working mom speaking with [another] working mom and the challenges that we have with teenage daughters," she told "The Oprah Winfrey Show" in an interview broadcast Monday.

I know I'm going to get blasted for speaking against Palin but if she actually thought an interview with Couric was going to be "lighthearted and fun," she's not ready for prime time. Seriously, who on this board thought the Couric interview wasn't going to be an ambush?

She should have known better and the fact that she's using that as an excuse either paints her as untrustworthy by trying to gain sympathy or totally ignorant.

On Sunday, NBC News reported that McCain specifically asked his former aides not to do television interviews rebutting Palin's charges and to avoid escalating the feud. In an interview with the Hill newspaper, McCain reportedly said he enjoyed reading Palin's book. "I hope she sells lots of them!" McCain said.
