When you appeal, you still have to post the money somehow - with the court, or by bond. The appeal is no excuse not to pay. That is the rule.
And there is lies the problem. Throughout all of this, if Orly Taitz has shown one thing it's that she's completely ignorant of the law and the rules governing the judicial process.
