The reading of the bill would not be a filibuster type action. The rules call for the reading of the bill but this little inconvience is usully suspended by a voice vote. One No vote and the bill must be read into the record.

What Coburn needs to do is bring along the entire tax code and any other law or bill the healthcare bill refers to and go to that bill and read that section - then come back to the healthcare bill. Yep could take weeks! LOL

The Senate is different from the House, so Coburn may be able to pull this off - he must go to the wall on this one.
