Ugh, Sarah looking at her daughters when Oprah was going down Levi’s list of slams against her. That broke my heart a little. It was like, “My kids are right there, Oprah.”

Just a guess, since I don’t watch Oprah, nor did I watch the inUGleration, but did she wear them to that? Then wear them today to spite Sarah?

I haven’t watched Oprah in several years but I did tune in for this.

My impressions were that Sarah looked fabulous and spoke in a comfortable, reasoned tone and seemed very “normal.” She didn’t seem nervous at all and was confident in who she is. Loved the Halloween home movie, it was great to see Todd! Loved Trig’s precious Halloween outfit.

Oprah seemed very monotone and disinterested. Considering how I’ve seen her hooting and hollering and hugging guests on her show in the past, she was very “bland” today. She did not seem warm towards Sarah at all. Did not like how she kept insinuating that Sarah seriously considering having an abortion with Trig. Also, I do not recall Obama EVER telling the media to leave the Palin children alone. If I’m wrong, I’ll stand corrected, but I don’t think that ever happened.

Overall, I think it was a win for Sarah; and Oprah just showed her extreme partisanship.

Sarah was OUTSTANDING. Of course, when you confidently tell the truth you can't be ambushed. Okra was very stand-offish probably realizing that she was talking to the Bambi slayer. Sarah's explanation of the Perky interview should also put that crap to rest. Way to go, Sarah. You made yourself and all of your supporters very proud!

It seemed from the interview that in Sarah's mind Perky’s question of, “What do you read?” was more like, “Are you able to read?” Ms. Couric, imo, you are a teleprompter reading twit just like your hero.

Oprah dressed in black like she’s at a funeral or a witch or something. No jewelry. She was like some old school marm and had that same demeanor as Charlie Gibson and his glasses on his nose. She was trying hard to not like Sarah.

Saw the whole thing about 45 minutes ago. My observations:

I tried very hard to spot an anti-Palin bias, but didn’t really detect any. Oprah seemed to play it very straight. Except for early on (as noted) Oprah did not interrupt SP and let her give full, complete answers. I also didn’t note any particular “gotcha” moments.

Hard to watch this without coming away without the opinion that McCain’s staff was quite the collection of arrogant douchebags. And Oprah seemed to be astonished by some of the crap they pulled with SP. Insulting and sexist treatment.

A person with an open mind, who watches from start to finish CANNOT continue to think Palin is stupid, not ready for prime time, etc.

One of the cutest moments comes at about th 40 minute mark, footage from Alaska, getting the family ready for Halloween. There is a shot of little Trig sitting on the carpet with his costume on...and at that point, you can hear Oprah’s studio audience “aaaaaaaaaawwwwwwwwwwwww.”

Oprah needed this interview for her ratings, and our Sarah needed it to re-introduce herself to the American people. Both things were accomplished, and both women get an “A” from me.

Why a damn fool that Levi is for throwing his baby’s fine & decent Gramma under the bus, enriching himself, but selling his soul to the Devil. (literally) His predators & handlers are pure evil people. What a foolish boy, throwing away a wonderful support system & chance at a happy life. He will live to regret his decision, but Sarah is praying for him, so anything is possible.

I too was very, "OMG, she's going on Oprah and it's going to be another setup." Sarah was absolutely fantastic, amazing, just grabs your heart and proves once again she is so likable and one of us. She has to run, she really is just a one in a million gifted political savant. And she's a real Conservative! You just know it. The Halloween video was so touching. I'm in Love!

Not since Reagan has anyone connected so well with the American People. Get used to it Libs.
