Sorry, you didn’t answer my question. But I will look up what you suggested. Of course a homeless child should not be slaughtered: they become wards of the state. I can only conclude you advocate permanent, state-supported shelters for homeless animals. I suppose we can afford it.
I hold that animals should have no shelter given by any governmental agency.
When animals are equated to people, then all analogies for one work for the other. That’s why animals cannot be afforded any rights of any sort.
