No, no, this is absolutely fine with me as things have a tendency of working out. As in coming back to bite them in ass big time. Islamic fundamentalists view them as a target just as much as the rest of us.

Not KSM on trial ... the Bush Administration on trial.
Federal Court:
1) Miranda Warnings? What evidence is now inadmissible?
2) Jury of peers? Will need to include Muslims then?
3) Discovery? Intel methods as well as information?
4) Closed court, no Press? Doubtful!
What else? It boggles the mind. The President and the Dems are giddy with anticipation now.
