Well, it's turned into a witch hunt by mccain and the gay lobby, so that's really what it's all about at this point.
I think she's 21 or 22 now, and if she was 17 then the statute of limitations might have even expired, I don't know. (NOW REMEMBER I SAID "I DON'T KNOW" BEFORE YOU LAUNCH INTO MY IGNORANCE OF THE STATUTES).
It would be very hard to find too many 17 year olds in the past 20 years who had NOT had sex.
So to answer your question, YES, I would be okay with it so long as it was consensual and no children resulted from the union.
