Heads of state are equals, it does matter if one styles himself King, Emperor or Grand Poo-Bah. The idea that heads of state being equals goes back to the begining of states.
You can find Mesopotamian Kings in cuneiform calling each other “brother” again viewing each other as “equals”.
This just shows again how amateurish this administraion is and what fool we have as President. A fool who thinks he is brilliant.
