Detroit (WWJ) -- A Detroit federal judge has sentenced a Detroit businesman and corruption figure to the maximum five years in jail for conspiracy to commit bribery. Rayford Jackson arranged the bribes for now-former city councilwoman Monica Conyers

A thought: It might be interesting to review the timing of the bribe payment and any large expenditures from the Conyers’ household, such as a vacation or cruse or a new giant flat screen HDTV. Something where Rep John Conyers, Jr. enjoyed the benefit of the crimes of his bride.
