It all has to be beaten before it becomes law. If we can beat the first one, health care, then we will have an easier time of it with the others but we cannot allow anything at all to be passed under the name Health Care. A blank page with that name on it will be added to by little amendments to every subsequent piece of legislation that comes up and by little rules repeatedly made by every relevant agency and by little decisions by the courts until it is the whole single-payer Socialized Medicine Monster.
