This
blog post does a good job of explaining the key role the AG plays in authorizing investigations of intercepted American phone calls. We know that Hasan's calls were interecepted. We know that investigation was shut down. Therefore, the blogger aserts, we know that Holder is the man who pulled the plug on it.
So this is perhaps as much distraction of his own personal problems as it is merely another politically correct stupidity of the type we have come to expect with frightening regularity from the incompetent Obama administration.

The blog link in your posting also has a very interesting link to the Weekly Standard about the significance of what Maj Hasan was wearing the day of the attack. According to the linked article, the clothing is connected with AlQeada

I have a feeling this was all announced now to avert our attention on healthcare. The nazi’s want it passed by Christmas and the terrorists won’t be moved until January.
I also wonder how long it will take for 9/11 victim’s family members to say Obama and Holder lied they agreed to have the terrorists tried in NY.
