The second thing any defense lawyer states about his client is that he cannot get a fair trial in the venue where the crime was committed.
There is method in the Justice Dept decision, to make this a show trial, shades of the OJ trial - something for the masses to observe while the Obama Regime continues to destroy our country from within.

Exactly! There will be one excuse after another as to how these folks aren't getting a "fair" trial. The absurdity of it is mind boggling!
