Unfortunately, the one being planned on the WTC site seems to whitewash what actually happened. It’s almost as if nearly 3000 people just disappeared into thin air that morning, without any reason.

Yep! It's almost as if that is EXACTLY what they want to lull folks into thinking. If the citizens of NYC fail to stop the terrorist trials in their city, I'll say they have succeeded.
