They can do whatever they damned well please, it seems, and NO judges seem to be willing to incur their (the communists in power) wrath, by enforcing even the Constitution.

I don't believe SEIU has anything to do with this, does it?

ACORN people who will be without jobs (or already have been thrown out) will replace former "civil servants" that are purged, I would think.

The 0bama-trons would love to do this but civil service rules make it near impossible to fire anyone
I doubt they will be able to go back five years
They may be able to change what goes on from now on but not five years ago
