I think this is more reasonable. Perhaps Bibi was quizzed on what Israel is up to and was "told" not to attack Iran.
Bibi wouldn't tell or promise Abu Bama anything and possibly zinged 0b0z0 about his cowardice and political correctness that resulted in the Fort Hood massacre.
IOW, I think it's much more than a disagreement about Israeli settlements.

Bibi’s people have said that they will attack before Christmas if things are not resolved with Iran. He probably told BOZO the date the attack will take place and King Fear was upset.
