Aside from all the PC BS, as an American woman shopping, interacting with other women at clubs, etc., I am finding it really hard to use salespeople with something covering their hair. I will wait for another sales person to help me. I have always prided myself as being completely fair and accepting of other people, but not any more. We live in an area that is very diversely populated, being a university community and we see it all. And it really pisses me off to see a man walking in front of his wife while she is handling all that fabric around her and two or three kids. This is not the American way.

I was in a Sears store and a muslim was behind the register. I sent an e-mail to the store stating that I was offened by the woman in the hijab and that I would not shop where people are employed who’s “religion” tells them to kill me.

This is not the American way.If they want to live in that culture they should return to it. (And take their religion and language with them.)When in America, do as the Americans do.
