....because incumbent mayor Kathy Taylor (D) announced in June that she would not run for re-election so she could concentrate on the city's financial stability.One would wonder if Kathy Taylor(D) had anything to do to disturb the "city's financial stability"?
Sounds to me like Tulsa is relatively safe for a while....until they once again have a collective memory loss and elect a 'rat.
