As much as I like Pete Hoekstra I think he's throwing a blanket of blame here. The problem can be narrowed down to the FBI and Homeland Security.....with focus on the Justice Dept. for its p/c self righteous parsing of intel.

Next we will hear how that will need the evidence at the court hearing and that is why they can't share it....
Wait.,...one of the threads says that the Army will do the Hearing...maybe the FBI isn't confident they will do it correctly and legally....
Damn.... who knows why they are playing these damn games.
